West Beyer is located directly north of I-30. Pershing Avenue and El Campo Avenue pass through it. Camp Bowie cuts through the neighborhood running northeast to southwest. Horne Street runs along the western border of the neighborhood. If you take it north through Westover Hills, it turns into Roaring Springs Road.

Sanguinet Park is just outside the neighborhood’s eastern boundary of Merrick Street. The Boulevard Heights Transition Center is next to the park. Byers Avenue marks the northern boundary of the neighborhood. Horne Street is the western boundary of the neighborhood. The massive Roaring Park is located caddy corner from the northwestern corner of West Beyer, putting it in Westover Hills.

There are several bus stops along Camp Bowie Boulevard. That is why it has a transit score of 34. It has a literally average bike score of 50. It has a decent walk score of 69. The area is more walkable along Camp Bowie and along Horne Street due to the shopping opportunities there.

Arlington Heights is located to the east of West Beyer. The Crestline Area is located to the northeast. Westover Hills is north of West Beyer. The Westridge Area is west of West Beyer. The massive Como area is south of West Beyer on the south side of Interstate 30. It gets its name from Lake Como. It is also the home of the massive Lake Como Park.

Camp Bowie and Horne Street both cross Interstate 30. One benefit of being so close to Camp Bowie is that it gives you a straight shot into the Fort Worth cultural district. You’re a ten to fifteen minute drive from the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and Dream Park. You’ll have to get onto Interstate 30 to reach the medical district. You are a roughly ten minute drive from TCU. On the other hand, you can go west on I-30 and be at Ridgmar Mall in five to ten minutes.
