Hulen Springs Meadow In Brief

Hulen Springs is South of Fort Worth, near the Clear Fork Branch of the Trinity River. In the old days, the area was comprised of dairy farms and Ranch’s and now you can buy a house there. There is a selection of homes, on land originally settled in 1876. Recently the city of Fort Worth

declared the Near Southside an Urban Design area with special zoning standards for townhomes, historic lofts, and single-family homes, making the Hulen Springs Meadow attractive to residents.

The general area has good access to schools with the Crowley Middle School and the Mary Harris Elementary School nearby. The whole area of Fort Worth has good access to University Education.
